Featured in People, Briley and Marcus’s wedding day was one we will never forget! The couple were absolutely one of a kind clients and we were beyond thrilled when House of Grey Events brought us on for their big day. Being the fashion icon that she is, Briley wanted to create two different feels for her wedding day. She knew that she wanted a very classic ceremony to match the timeless feel of the Schermerhorn Symphony Center and her elegant long-sleeved gown. We knew that this beautiful space didn't need a ton to make it spectacular, so we adorned the columns with climbing greenery and decked out the entry stairwell with greenery and candles. For their reception, we did an absolute 180 to suit their fun and wild personalities. Using bold colors, abundant textures and unique floral choices, we were able to create an over-the-top experience for their guests that matched the wild, and crazy energy of the evening. One small detail that we loved: Marcus calls Briley his “little bird,” so we intentionally created elevated centerpieces that looked like birds nests! We were thrilled with the outcome and consider this to be one of our favorite weddings to date!
